Landing pages are web pages that focus on one specific subject or thing. They help make your site more relevant when people are searching for that specific subject or thing.

An example of this would be if someone is looking for information on a 1999 Honda Civic. You would make one web page dedicated to a 1999 Honda Civic and fill it with text pertaining to that vehicle. You then link that page to your site and you can link back to it through your sitemap or other places.

When search engines read that page, they see that there is relevant information about a 1999 Honda Civic and may move you higher in the searches.

Landing pages are also good when you are advertising in Pay Per Click. If someone clicks on one of your keywords, and it takes them to the exact spot that the keyword is related to, that person is more likely to continue searching through your site and not bounce out.

How do u make a banner with various landing pages (urls’s) to use as an advert preferably on myspace?

My space advertising, creating a banner that has buttons that takes you to different locations.

I spent months working on a system to greatly improve the traffic to low traffic websites. After many setbacks and a huge number of wrong turns, I finally came up with an airtight system to exponentially increasing traffic to websites using a variety of advertising services online, without spending a penny.

Initially intending to sell this system, after a rather bizarre and unusual change of heart, I decided to upload it free to the internet at http://www.theadvertisingguide.co.nr. Although when I originally wrote this system it was based on the genre of sites used, rather than individual ones, I decided on The Advertising Guide to include specific sites to increase the simplicity of use to the advertiser, I will change these sites occasionally to ensure that the market for traffic at each is not saturated.
